Summary
Samuel Gonçalves founded Summary in 2015. Based in the Science and Technology Park of the University of Porto, the architectural practice focuses on developing standardized, prefabricated solutions that make the building process faster. In 2016, the Gomos building system by Summary was presented for the first time at the Venice Architecture Biennale and has since been refined and modified – as at the residential complex in Vale de Cambra. Partners João Meira, Adina Staicu, and Luca Sabbadini complete the team, which has won several international awards for its experimental approach.
