Student Residence
Jan Snel’s new Campus 71 in Essen includes 106 student apartments on 4800 m2 GFA. It was planned by Bauplan Coesfeld Architekten. The construction time for the Dutch module builder’s first major project in Germany was just under ten months, with the opening scheduled for the end of 2020. The building has a curtain-type, coated, low-maintenance aluminium facade. The concrete and steel modules can be dismantled and reassembled elsewhere.
