Storage and Gallery

A new gallery, the Artfarm, was opened on June 28th, 2008 in the Town of Clinton in the State of New York. The design for the gallery and storage came from the Swiss architects HHF and was created together with the artist Ai Weiwei.

The Artfarm Gallery is a building, which is half storage for art and half showroom for the private art collection of Christophe Mao in upstate New York. The outer shape is a consequence of the used pre-engineered and easy to assemble type of steel building, which often gets used for agricultural purposes.
