Overhead factor
Project controlling with Kobold Control allows architects and engineers to make reliable predictions about the expected total cost volume at an early stage. At the start of the project calculation, all cost elements to be taken into account are included. The system automatically splits personnel costs into cost-unit costs and overhead costs. Once a month, figures from the business management analysis such as premises costs, insurance costs and vehicle costs are transferred. The overhead factor is calculated dynamically over a period of several months and is updated continuously. Until the end of June, Kobold has a number of special offers, including a Small Business Version of Kobold Control, but with a paid maintenance contract.
