Liveable Cities offers modular parklets for public parking lots. Citydecks is based on an expandable modular system. The total of 15 different 1.2-m-wide modules can be seamlessly combined with each other. The offer extends from simple wooden decks to various seating types and raised beds. The wooden planking is supported by galvanized steel bulkheads, with height-adjustable feet minimising the height difference to the pavement. The wooden planking is made of Siberian larch as standard, and the sides are available in powder-coated steel in nine RAL colours. A permit is required for the installation of a parklet. The manufacturer can assist in the preparation of the necessary application documents and drawings and take care of communication and coordination with the authorities. Production is carried out by specialist companies throughout Germany and takes three to eight weeks, depending on the design and size.
