Generative Design

Autodesk has added a generative-design feature to Revit 2021 for architects and civil engineers. This includes functions for creating simple building models, for area calculation and for evaluating the quality of the view from any position within a room. The Workspace Layout application helps the planner optimise the table arrangement in the room. Autodesk Dynamo users can also create object studies that are tailored to the requirements of varying design offices.
