Flush-mounted Recessed Luminaire
For plastered and unplastered concrete ceilings, manufacturer Bega has developed compact low-beam downlighters that can be installed flush with the surface. The glass surface of the luminaires is flush with the ceiling with no overlying frame. Various sizes and different light intensity distributions are available, from symmetrically bundling and symmetrically scattering, through to symmetrically wide-scattering and asymmetrical or band-shaped. The luminaires can be installed in both element and in-situ concrete ceilings. With flush-mounted installation, the manufacturer supplies a levelling device using which precise adjustment of the plaster thickness is possible. The various housing types are installed in the finished ceiling without tools using a bayonet lock and with a bracket for external DALI power supplies. Wear-free optical systems and so-called Bega Thermal Management, which protects against overheating of the temperature-sensitive components, are used for longevity. Luminaires with different LED outputs in the colour temperatures 3000 K and 4000 K are available.
