Floor becomes a shower tile

Manufacturer Bette considers its BetteAir shower tile to be an integral part of the bathroom floor. The edge height of the titanium steel product body is reduced to 10 mm, which is roughly equivalent to the material thickness of a large-format tile. With a radius of 5 mm, the pointed corners of the shower tile fit into possible tile grids. The drain has also been rethought and enlarged to 200 mm. Only a circular, 3-mm-thin gap is visible externally, through which the water drains. The drainage capacity of 0.6 l/s is also sufficient for rain showers. The drain cover is flat, so no difference can be felt or seen to the surrounding surface. The installation height of BetteAir is 97 mm, and the shower tile can be bonded to the screed like a conventional tile.
