Door Communication System in the Grand Tower

In Germany’s highest residential high-rise, the Grand Tower in Frankfurt am Main, the Busch-Welcome IP door communication system from Busch-Jaeger controls access to the building. Intuitive HD video communication is integrated for outdoor, indoor and remote monitoring. The housing is made of brushed stainless steel and aluminium, and the low installation depth means it is suitable for flush and surface mounting. 24 outstations in the parking garage, at the barrier and at building doors allow residents to enter using a smart card. Guests check in with the concierge using the two-way communicating stations. Around 90 kilometres of data cables were laid for the electrical installation, of which around 16 kilometres are used to control 413 Busch-Welcome IP indoor and 24 outdoor stations, etc.
