Even before Corona it wasn’t always easy to keep track of the current state of planning. When a large number of employees are working from home, communicating the different planning statuses is made even more difficult. With a digital planning management system such as Planfred, requirements can be quickly defined without the need for any software to be installed. The web-based tool documents every plan upload and download and always shows the current status of planning with its revision system. Planfred has also improved the administration of release processes with new features such as a traffic-light system. Those who register online at detail.planfred.com by the end of July 2020 will receive double the usual storage space included in the Vienna-based supplier’s Midi package, i.e. 30 gigabytes.
