Claudia Fuchs
Claudia Fuchs is a freelance architectural journalist. After studying architecture at the University of Technology in Munich, she worked in various design offices before turning to writing. Today, as a reporter and journalist, she documents and presents innovative architectural schemes for many specialist media, including magazines, books and websites. Since 2002, she has worked as a member of the Detail editorial team, writing, photographing and generally making printed and online contributions to the various issues, as well as to in-house books and other publications. Claudia Fuchs is regularly responsible for entire editions of the journal. In selecting projects, she is attracted to bold concepts, innovative spatial design and painstaking details. On her travels, she is drawn to new architectural models and is keen to investigate contemporary projects on site with the planners.
