Into the Light: A Daylight Talk by Hemma Fasch

The cultural and educational buildings designed by fasch&fuchs are characterized by sophisticated constructions and a subtle use of daylight. Hemma Fasch and Jakob Fuchs founded the office in 1994 and they work together with Fred Hofbauer in their studios in Vienna and Hausmanstätten. The team has already been awarded for multiple educational and cultural projects.

The School Campus Neustift was a winning project of the „Award of Tyrol for New Building 2020“ offered by the Province of Tyrol. According to the jury, the architects succeeded in integrating the extensive spatial program into the landscape as a matter of course.

Under the heading „Into the Light“, Hemma Fasch presents daylight approaches in educational and cultural projects in Austria. The talk will be broadcasted live from the fasch&fuchs studio. The 45-minute lecture will be followed by an open Q&A session. Dean of studies Petra Petersson and Armin Stocker from the Faculty of Architecture at Graz University of Technology will host the event.
