Gonzalez Haase
Pierre Jorge Gonzalez and Judith Haase transpose elements of design into a new context. They create juxtapositions that make the way we imagine programs become dynamic. Their work ranges from residential houses to retail, restaurants, office spaces and lobbies and from exhibition and gallery spaces to lighting design. They provide each of their projects with an unmistakable identity by keeping the context, the substance and history of a place under consideration, at all times. For the Munich flagship store of MCM, the luxury brand founded in 1976, they translate the design of the classic purses and handbags into a contemporary interplay of shapes and colours.
